All prices are based on the information provided by the customer. Any additional services, changes in volume, or unforeseen requirements may result in revised charges. Full payment must be made as per the agreed terms before or at the time of delivery.
We use standard packing materials and professional handling techniques. Items not packed by our team are moved at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer must ensure that all items handed over for transportation are legal and safe. Hazardous, flammable, perishable, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, government regulations, or other factors beyond our control.
While we take utmost care, our liability for damage or loss is limited as per agreed terms. Transit insurance is recommended and can be arranged upon request for additional protection.
Insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Claims, if any, must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be informed in advance. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of service execution.
Goods stored in our warehouse are kept under standard safety conditions. Storage charges apply as agreed. Retrieval is subject to payment clearance.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
